About the role:
The Senior Officer – HR Service Center (Jordan) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring continuous HR support for employees in the Jordan office.
The role will support onboarding, employee relations, engagement activities, vendor coordination (Extensya) and HR records, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new joiners in Jordan.
- Provide day-to-day employee relations support and handle employee queries.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for Extensya and coordinate related services.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support health insurance administration and employee benefits.
- Assist with grievance handling and policy implementation.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with regional HR and payroll teams as required.
Profile requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Operations / HR Service Center role.
- Good understanding of Jordan labor law and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to handle employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
