About the Role
The Performance Manager will oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, managing a team of executives and ensuring the delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of digital channels (search, social, programmatic, e-commerce), and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.
· Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.
· Own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and delivery.
· Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.
· Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.
· Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, ad ops, programmatic, data science) for integrated solutions.
· Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and performance marketing innovations.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
· Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.
· Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently.
