We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jordan. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in software development, process management, and governance, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements related to pricing, discounts, quotations, and sales workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for ERP and CRM systems.
- Manage daily pricing and discount cases and obtain required approvals.
- Review and approve quotations on CRM in line with pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers on pricing structures and client classifications.
- Maintain products, pricing models, and work orders within ERP/CRM systems.
- Conduct market and data analysis to support pricing, sales, and commercial decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, IT, or Telecom.
- Experience in ICT / Connectivity / Telecom environments.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms.
- Strong skills in Excel and business reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
