Duties & Responsibilities
Accountabilities
- Configure HRIS workflows and recommend system enhancements aligned with business and project requirements.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives and continuous system improvement.
- Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and testing activities with IT teams and external vendors.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards from the HRIS.
- Support recruitment system processes, particularly for technical and supervisory construction roles.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows within the HRIS.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data; perform data validation and cleaning as required.
- Provide HRIS training and ongoing system support to HR staff and line managers.
- Act as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and system documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of HR data in compliance with company policies.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, IT Applications, Programming, or a related field.
Preferred
- Certification or diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Experience & Skills
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3–7 years of dedicated HRIS experience, preferably within construction supervision, engineering consulting, or project management services industries.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.
- Proven experience in coordinating and successfully implementing HR process improvements and system changes.
