We are hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell fertilizers and pesticide products across assigned territories in Jordan. The role focuses on B2B agricultural sales, distributor management, and farmer engagement to achieve sales growth while ensuring compliance with agrochemical regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and managing existing accounts
- Promote fertilizers, pesticides, and crop protection products to distributors, retailers, and farmers
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with dealers, cooperatives, and agricultural stakeholders
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecast, and maintain CRM records
- Ensure correct product usage, safety guidance, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Chemistry, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of sales experience in fertilizers, pesticides, agrochemicals, or agricultural inputs
- Strong knowledge of crops, fertilizers, and pest management practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and meet targets
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions in Jordan
