We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to support our growth agenda across Jordan and the wider MENA region. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, relationship-based selling, and the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers across both public and private sectors.
The position focuses on expanding the client base, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives in key regional markets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client expectations, regulatory environments, and market realities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s services and articulate their value within Jordanian and MENA market contexts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through local networks, referrals, market mapping, and direct client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including government entities, family-owned businesses, and corporate groups.
- Monitor market developments, competitive landscape, and sector trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and pitches to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and regional compliance requirements.
- Support the development of commercially sound pricing and engagement models suitable for local and regional markets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, opportunity tracking, and reporting using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within Jordan and/or the MENA region.
- Strong understanding of regional business culture, relationship-driven sales, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and standard business applications.
- Customer-focused mindset with a long-term relationship-building approach.
