Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our B2B sales operations in Jordan and KSA. This senior leader will drive multi-country growth in ERP solutions and financial technology platforms. The role demands building and overseeing high-performance sales teams, crafting market strategies, and securing large-scale deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales strategy and targets for Jordan, KSA and the MEA.
- Lead, mentor, and grow sales teams in both markets.
- Identify, pursue, and close major ERP and digital transformation opportunities across financial institutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders in institutions, multi-nationals, including banks, central banks, and fintech firms.
- Manage full sales lifecycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, contract closures.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and product teams to align on client solutions.
- Report to leadership on market performance, forecast, and pipeline status.
- Represent Bayanat at industry events and conferences across both markets.
Candidate Profile
Experience (minimum required):
- 12+ years in enterprise software / digital transformation sales.
- 5+ years managing sales in the region, focusing on Jordan and KSA
- Demonstrated success selling ERP solutions and digital transformation projects in the banking/financial/public sector.
- Strong track record in securing contracts banks, financial/government institutions and large enterprises.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent leadership and coaching capabilities with proven team scaling experience.
- Elite relationship-building skills at C-suite level.
- Strategic thinker with solid business forecasting and management.
- Consultative sales aptitude and complex deal negotiation skills.
- Multicultural familiarity in Jordanian and Saudi business environments.
- Expertise in C-Level reporting and presentation with regular updates and analytical insights
- Regional travel readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP solutions, digital payments, and banking systems
