Sporter.com is looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn fresh graduate to join our Commercial team. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on exposure in sales operations, category management, and vendor coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in identifying and researching potential leads.
- Process wholesale orders in the system and provide feedback on availability and profitability.
- Assist in developing product categories by adding new items and vendors.
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare monthly vendor performance reports.
- Review purchase orders and support stock analysis.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors, including item creation, content, images, and documentation.
- Support pricing activities to ensure market competitiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience or internship exposure in sales or commercial roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Energetic with a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
