Sales Executive in
Doha, Qatar, to achieve sales targets and qualitative objectives while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction within the showroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and qualitative objectives as per quarterly agreements.
- Meet monthly KPIs set by management, including generating new leads, ensuring data quality, facilitating test drives, and minimizing lapsed opportunities.
- Engage in active and proactive prospecting to identify and develop new sales opportunities within the showroom.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to enhance the buying experience.
- Collaborate with the CRM department to optimize customer relationship management and enhance lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the showroom environment.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in regular sales training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, in the automotive industry and in a showroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering excellence.
- Proficient in Arabic and English.
