As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate to join our new branch inside a leading mall in Amman.
Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand in the mall. Your role is to assist customers, guide them in choosing the right products, handle sales transactions, maintain store presentation, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Perform sales transactions (POS system, cash, card payments)
- Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and store organization
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and wrap gifts beautifully according to brand standards
- Receive inventory, stock shelves, and monitor product levels
- Report issues, feedback, and performance insights to the store supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience (mall or fashion/jewelry preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to engage with customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Basic computer and POS knowledge
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (mall schedule)
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Fluent in Arabic - Essential knowledge in English
