Role Description
The Country Sales Manager - Iraq will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the Iraqi market. This full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, involves developing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize market penetration in the region. The Country Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning within the telecom or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics in Iraq, including market trends and client needs.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to conduct presentations and build professional connections.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, with track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
- Flexibility to travel within the region for business development and client meetings as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
