ARABWORK is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Senior Officer with proven experience in IT companies. The ideal candidate will manage all HR operations, recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensure best HR practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions within IT companies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline specialized for IT roles.
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
- Track attendance, leaves, and performance documentation.
- Support managers with HR guidance and recommendations.
- Promote positive employee relations and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, specifically in IT companies.
- Strong experience in technical recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
