Responsibilities
- This role plays a critical role in implementing KEO’s Learning and Development Strategy and Delivery Plan across all offices, supporting the design, coordination, and tracking of learning programs, employee development initiatives, and engagement analytics.

- This role ensures the seamless execution of key programs such as the KEO Graduate Program, Upskilling Development Plan, and Leadership Readiness modules, while promoting a culture of continuous learning, development, and data-driven decision-making.
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training programs, including Graduate, Upskilling Development, Power Skills, and Leadership Readiness modules.
- Manage communication with participants, trainers, and division HR representatives to ensure smooth logistics and attendance tracking.
- Support the creation and distribution of L&D resources, handover notes, and post-training materials.
Learning Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze training participation, completion, and feedback across LMS (Litmos) and other platforms.
- Prepare divisional and company-wide training reports using Excel dashboards and HR metrics.
- Assist with the quarterly Sick Leave Analysis and Annual Employee Survey data collection and insights.
- Maintain and update the L&D Index dashboard to measure learning impact and progress toward OKRs
Graduate & Early Career Programs
- Support coordination and onboarding of new Graduate Program cohorts in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and any new future launch location(s).
- Liaise with hiring managers to arrange rotation schedules, training plans, and performance tracking.
- Maintain graduate records and support alumni engagement and feedback collection.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support delivery of L&D Roadshows in all locations, ensuring program visibility and awareness across locations.
- Coordinate communications campaigns and LMS announcements to promote course participation and awareness.
- Prepare post-event summaries and feedback analysis.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all L&D activities align with the HR-702 Learning and Development Policy and related frameworks.
- Support the documentation and archiving of attendance, evaluations, and certifications for audit readiness.
- Support HR governance processes and ensure full audit readiness across all L&D documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and program-related records at all times.
OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of new learning systems, digital tools, or automation initiatives within HR to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Participate in regional or global HR projects, providing L&D input and supporting cross- division collaboration as needed.
- Contribute to the review and update of HR and L&D policies, procedures, and templates (e.g., HR-702 Learning & Development Policy, study assistance forms).
- Assist with vendor coordination for external training, ensuring proper documentation, feedback collection, and value assessment.
- Provide backup support for general HR functions during peak activity periods, including onboarding, employee engagement, or communications.
- Undertake any additional learning or HR assignments as directed by the Associate
- Director – Learning & HR Programs, contributing to the continuous improvement of KEO’s people development strategy

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Proven ability to coordinate learning initiatives across multiple locations or business units.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel , HR Systems Reporting Metrics.
- Experience with LMS administration (Litmos, SuccessFactors, or equivalent, and familiarity with survey tools or engagement analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university and a minimum of 4 to 5 years of related experience
- Certificate or diploma in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Training Management
- CIPD Level 5 or above, SHRM, or equivalent
