Technical Duties:
- Stock management through communication with planning and warehouse department to ensure the availability of goods throughout the year.
- Follow up brand plan implementation and get sure of plan coverage to different specialties and within the approved timeline.
- Monthly follow up of CRM achievement of all Med REPs to make sure of 90% achievement at least of class (A) and whole customers.
- Sales progress on daily and monthly basis to monitor the total sales and target achievement.
- Following up market expenses, regular meetings with supervisors and teams to discuss achievement and business challenges.
- Putting annual market budget (sales forecast and expenses).
- Coordination with marketing department regarding medical representatives training and double visits.
- Last interview in recruiting needed staff.
- KOL visits and periodical meetings to strengthen the relation with company.
- Setting the departmental budget as overall and the organizational units under supervision, also controlling the financial performance and keeping it with the budget caps defined.
- Defining and setting the key performance indicators for monitoring the performance of the departmental units under supervision.
- Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing the tasks progress and workflows, discussing suggestions and taking the suitable actions accordingly.
- Specifying all manpower and training-needs required in coordination with the Human Resources department.
- Following up on employees’ affairs, including vacation, leaves, etc.
- Conducing the performance appraisals for subordinates according to the scheduled plans and recommending any necessary actions.
Required Educational:
A bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar related field.
