Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the validity and accuracy of truck permits before granting access.
- Receive and process requests from truck companies for gate passes and city entry permits related to cargo handling.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents (e.g., cargo details, permits, IDs).
- Ensure compliance with policies, local regulations, and security protocols before approving gate passes.
- Maintain accurate records of all gate pass requests and approvals in the document management system.
- Update templates and forms for gate pass applications to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Inform relevant departments of any changes in procedures affecting gate pass issuance.
- Communicate with truck companies regarding status updates, missing documents, or compliance issues.
- Respond promptly to queries and requests within defined timeframes.
- Assist in preparing reports on gate pass activities for management review.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
- Proficiency in Arabic / English
- 3- 5 years of experience in similar role
