Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a Travel Specialist. The Travel Specialist will manage client accounts, design custom travel itineraries to meet clients' requirements, and liaise with clients and suppliers to create seamless travel experiences while providing exceptional customer service.
The Travel Specialist will work closely with the tour operations and customer service teams to deliver a unique and unforgettable journey for each client.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in inbound tourism or a related field
- Strong organisational and self-discipline skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong Communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and computer proficient
- Additional languages, such as Italian or Spanish, are a plus
