Role Overview
You will be required to oversee strategic client relationships, lead account planning, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. The role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or strategic account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience handling complex accounts and executive-level communication
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Background in technology or cybersecurity is an advantage
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for all strategic account needs
- Lead proposal development, commercial offers, and renewal processes
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting
- Work closely with technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
