Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team at Broadway Auto Parts in Amman. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person in both Arabic and English.
Provide information about auto parts, services, and product availability.
Process orders and handle returns or exchanges accurat
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions up to date.
Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of auto parts or a willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
