Role Overview
The Customer Experience & Call Center Agent at Al Bustanji Motors is responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring timely responses, accurate data management, and delivering a high-quality customer experience that supports lead conversion and showroom visits.
Key Responsibilities1. Call Handling & CRM Management- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms).
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the CRM system.
- Ensure timely response to new leads in line with defined service standards.
2. Customer Engagement & Lead Qualification- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the initial journey.
- Encourage showroom visits and support test drive bookings.
- Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
3. Campaign & Event Support- Support marketing campaigns, test drive events, and promotional activities when required.
- Participate in roadshows and showroom activations.
- Represent Al Bustanji Motors in a professional and engaging manner.
- Be flexible to support extended working hours or weekends when needed.
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a confident and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage.
