Events Officer – Bridge International for Academic Services
Bridge International, Jordan’s leading institution for studying abroad since 1996, is seeking a highly driven Events Officer to support the delivery of our prestigious educational fairs, university exhibitions, and international partnership events across Jordan and the GCC.
Role Overview
The Events Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all Bridge International events. This role demands exceptional organizational capability, logistical precision, and the ability to manage high-profile events with international stakeholders. You will work across multiple departments to ensure that every exhibition reflects Bridge International’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full event cycle: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, set-up, on-site execution, and post-event review.
- Communicate directly with global universities, partners, sponsors, and venue teams to confirm participation, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, action lists, and operational checklists.
- Oversee event budgets, procurement, supplier management, and contract follow-ups.
- Coordinate branding, signage, registration desks, booth arrangements, and exhibitor requirements.
- Manage on-site operations including exhibitor support, crowd flow, briefing staff, and ensuring all activities run on schedule.
- Work closely with the Marketing & PR teams on promotional plans, event campaigns, and media coordination.
- Prepare post-event reports and ensure all partner commitments and KPIs are delivered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong command of event logistics and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale events is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
