Responsibilities:
- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, and cancellations using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).
- Provide accurate fare quotations, travel options, and routing advice.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure compliance with airline rules and company policies.
- Assist clients with travel changes and offer timely solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in airline ticketing or a travel agency.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (preferably Amadeus or Galileo).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
