Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a Lead Generation Officer. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential leads, reaching out to prospects through various communication channels, and developing strategies to generate and nurture leads. The officer will actively collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective execution of lead-generation campaigns, while leveraging social media platforms to identify and engage with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in dealing with clients and representing the company professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the health or insurance industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software is a plus
- Proficiency in Market Research and data-driven analysis to identify and target potential leads
- Experience in Marketing and Sales to convert leads into opportunities
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with potential customers and team collaboration
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing strategies to identify and engage with audiences
- Self-starter who is detail-oriented and able to meet targets and deadlines
