Key Responsibilities
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and key accounts in designated territories
- Drive OTC sales growth through pharmacies and retail channels
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to support brand execution
- Prepare analytical reports related to sales performance, budgeting, and marketing plans
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and category trends
- Provide scientific product knowledge and training to internal teams and external partners
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Skincare diplomas are a plus
- MBA is an added value
- Minimum 4 years of experience working directly with dermatologists in Amman, Jordan
- Established presence and network within the dermatology and pharmacy market
- Strong command of the English language (minimum B2 level)
- Proven ability to drive OTC sales through pharmacies
- Ability to prepare and execute analytical reports and structured follow-up
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working cross-functionally
Role Classification (Important)The final title (Product Specialist / Brand Manager) will be determined based on:

- Market insight and commercial maturity
