OverviewWe are looking for an Account Manager - Digital Media to lead high-value sales efforts and drive strategic revenue growth across Motory’s digital platforms in Amman, Jordan. This role is ideal for a seasoned salesperson with deep experience in digital advertising, strong industry relationships, and the ability to secure major partnerships with brands and agencies.
You will play a key part in expanding Motory’s commercial footprint across web, app, video content, and branded content programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead High-Value Sales Opportunities:
- Target and close major accounts in Jordan’s top sectors (automotive, finance, telecom, FMCG, retail, and agencies).
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development to deal closure.
- Strategic Digital Media Selling:
- Sell premium digital inventory including display, video, mobile app placements, native content, and performance-based solutions.
- Build customized digital strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Content Sponsorship Leadership:
- Lead sponsorship sales for Motory’s shows, video productions, and native content series.
- Develop integrated commercial packages in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
- Relationship Building & Portfolio Growth:
- Maintain deep, long-term relationships with key decision makers across brands and media agencies.
- Consistently upsell and grow existing accounts through strong client servicing and data-driven recommendations.
- Market Insights & Commercial Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, competitor activity, and emerging digital formats.
- Provide strategic input to help shape Motory’s commercial offerings and go-to-market plans.
- Pipeline & Forecasting:
- Manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting on performance.
- Use CRM tools to track progress, revenue, and opportunities.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales, business development, or advertising.
- Agency experience (media agency or creative agency) is a strong advantage
- Proven success selling to top brands and media agencies in Jordan.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to close large deals and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to pitch high-impact digital solutions.
- Ability to work independently, own revenue targets, and drive commercial strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
