Head of Sales
Reports to: CEO / General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage, coach, and expand the sales team to achieve business growth.
Monitor performance, budgets, and sales targets across the department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and institutional clients.
Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations to support business growth.
Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities.
Provide regular management reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Implement company policies and report any actual or potential violations to the Compliance Officer and Notification Officer
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
6–8 years’ progressive sales experience, including management experience in Forex/Financial Brokerage.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve ambitious sales goals.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent understanding of financial products, Forex markets, and regulations.
