Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners to identify motivated sellers and assess their interest in selling.
- Follow a structured script while maintaining a natural, professional conversational flow.
- Build rapport, gather accurate property details, and determine seller motivation.
- Manage objections confidently and professionally.
- Respond to inbound inquiries when needed and provide clear information about services.
Lead Generation
- Source potential sellers through cold calling, online research, lead lists, email outreach, and CRM follow-ups.
- Identify homeowners who may be interested in selling now or in the near future.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions/sales team based on lead readiness.
Email Marketing & Digital Outreach
- Prepare and send targeted email campaigns to prospects.
- Maintain automated follow-up sequences to nurture cold and warm leads.
- Track performance metrics including delivery, open rates, engagement, and responses.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions.
- Update lead status, follow-up dates, notes, and progress inside the CRM.
- Ensure data integrity to support team coordination and workflow efficiency.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to hand off qualified leads.
- Cooperate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Participate in meetings to provide updates on lead flow and outreach results.
- Share recommendations for improving scripts, campaigns, and lead quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles; experience with U.S. clients is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and persistent outreach.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask (typing while speaking).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic email marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the organization.

WORKING HOURS
On-site role based in Amman, operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (U.S. time), which corresponds to 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (Amman local time, inclusive of daylight-saving adjustments).
