Job Description
- Looking for Project manager responsible for managing BPM projects all phases (workflow designing, automating, and developing business process and product development of Low code platform)
Required Qualifications
- Should have 8-12 years of software project management experience with 7+ years in managing BPM & workflows with an exposure and experience on (React (TypeScript) UI delivery; Microservice with Spring Boot & docker)
- Solid understanding of process development – BPM & BPMN fundamentals along with (HTML5/CSS3, Flex/Grid, accessibility) and API integration patterns.
- Background and exposure in designing micro-frontends or modular UI architectures; REST API design/consumption.
- Proven track record in setting up CI/CD, artifact versioning, and multi-environment deployments.
- Good understand of SQL & No SQL databases.
- Excellent communication; requirement analysis; documentation.
Nice to Have (background & exposure)
- Microservices, API gateways (e.g., Kong/Apigee), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure), infrastructure as code (Terraform), observability (Grafana/Prometheus/ELK).
- Security practices (SAST/DAST), performance testing (k6/JMeter).
- Banking/fintech or large-scale enterprise experience.
