Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Supervisor, based in Amman. The Line Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and manage a team of employees to maintain productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, ensuring adherence to production schedules, conducting quality assessments, and providing training for team members to improve efficiency and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the workflow on the production line and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Assign tasks to operators and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Handle minor technical issues or escalate them to the relevant department.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow up on attendance, discipline, and overall compliance on the line.
- Train new employees on work procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in garment production lines.
- Strong sewing skills to identify technical issues and evaluate operator performance.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good understanding of sewing operations and production flow.
