Job Description
Pharada is expanding and hiring a full-time Technical Engineer based in Amman.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about pharmaceutical machinery and highly adaptable to support different areas of Pharada’s work depending on ongoing projects.
The Technical Engineer will primarily focus on machinery sales and client support, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, conducting weekly field visits, and serving as the main point of contact between machine suppliers and customers. This role involves working closely with pharmaceutical companies to understand their needs and provide suitable machinery solutions.
In addition to machinery responsibilities, the Technical Engineer will also support various aspects of Pharada’s services when needed. Tasks will be dynamic and variable, offering wide exposure across Pharada’s operations without changing the core focus of the role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, field work, problem-solving, and interacting with clients within a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Machinery Focus)
- Support pharmaceutical machinery sales
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients
- Conduct weekly visits to pharmaceutical companies in Jordan
- Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and customers
- Identify new leads and expand machinery sales opportunities
- Provide basic technical support during discussions, demos, or coordination
Flexible Responsibilities Across Pharada's Services
- Support Pharada projects as needed, depending on workload and priorities
- Assist with operational tasks across different service lines
- Adapt to diverse tasks while maintaining focus on machinery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates or early-career engineers are welcome
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical machinery and industry operations
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with varied tasks
- Confident interacting with clients and conducting field visits
- Based in Amman, Jordan
