Job Title: Facility Manager

- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility (hard & soft services).
- Supervise maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping teams.
- Ensure all equipment and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS) operate efficiently.
- Handle vendor management and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Prepare operational reports, KPIs, PPM schedules, and budget plans.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards (HSE).
- Ensure high quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facility Management.
- 5–8 years of experience in FM (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
- Strong knowledge of hard & soft services.
- Experience in CAFM systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
