Hussein Atieh and Sons Co. in Jordan is seeking professionals for the position of (Management Information Systems – MIS Specialist) with experience in managing information systems, data analysis, and supporting various business operations. The ideal candidate should be able to integrate their expertise in developing and maintaining systems, preparing reports and dashboards, supporting HR, Finance, Procurement, and Project departments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and improving operational efficiency through automation and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s MIS systems to support management decision-making.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements and automated solutions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and analytical tools for various departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Projects, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper flow between different departments.
- Support ERP systems, reporting modules, and digital workflows across the company.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and digitization.
- Provide technical support for MIS users and conduct training when needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and security policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a construction or contracting company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL preferred).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management systems or construction ERP platforms.
- Understanding of workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.
