Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Project Manager based in Amman. The Training Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of training programs and initiatives, manage multiple training projects simultaneously, and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. Core responsibilities include the development of training strategies, managing schedules and resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring the alignment of training objectives with organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with teams, maintaining clear communication, and meeting project deadlines successfully.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Training Management, Training, and Training & Development
- Proficient in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to lead, organize, and motivate teams to achieve project and training goals
- Experience in the corporate training or organizational development field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Proficiency in using training management and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
