We are pleased to announce an exciting vacancy within our Human Resources Department – Talent Acquisition Unit at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).
We are seeking a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition with demonstrated expertise in:
- Strategic and end-to-end recruitment processes
- HR compliance, analytics, and reporting
- Onboarding strategies
- Policy and procedure development
- HR technology and tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ADP)
- HR law and regulatory knowledge is essential.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Healthcare PLUS
- Master’s in Business Administration OR HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD Level 5+, PHR/SPHR)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3 years in an expert/specialist-level role
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Mentor and coach recruitment teams; deliver training on tools and best practices
- Analyze and report recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, satisfaction rates)
- Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic workforce solutions
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Present recruitment reports and insights to HR leadership
