We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented Senior Specialist, Culture & Engagement to support and elevate the employee experience. This role will lead the execution of engagement programs, performance management cycles, compensation operations, and process automation. The ideal candidate brings startup agility, a passion for people, and a strong understanding of local labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Engagement
- Design and execute culture programs, events, and internal campaigns aligned with company values.
- Lead engagement surveys and follow-through on action planning and impact tracking.
- Facilitate employee listening strategies (e.g., pulse checks, focus groups, digital feedback channels).
- Foster an inclusive, connected, and purpose-driven workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Support all phases of the performance cycle: goal-setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning.
- Drive adoption and effectiveness of performance systems and tools.
- Analyze performance data to support talent decisions and organizational improvement.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support operations for compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Liaise with finance and vendors to ensure smooth, accurate processing.
- Monitor and recommend enhancements based on employee needs and market trends.
Employee Relations & Policy Enforcement
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
- Manage documentation, disciplinary actions, and attendance oversight with fairness and consistency.
Process Automation & Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes.
- Use digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure data integrity and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or people operations, preferably in startup or high-growth settings.
- Strong knowledge of Jordan labor law; familiarity with Saudi business culture is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations, enforce policies, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient with HR tech platforms, AI tools, and digital engagement solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
