Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the Human Resource function within our company. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, drive organizational development, support talent management initiatives, and ensure alignment between HR strategies and business goals.
This role requires strong leadership, deep industry understanding, and the ability to build a positive, high-performance work culture.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and growth plans.
· Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent across all departments.
· Oversee performance management processes and ensure continuous employee development.
· Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
· Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
· Manage HR budget, HR systems, and analytics to improve operational efficiency.
· Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
· Oversee training and development programs to enhance staff performance and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
