Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Operations Specialist based in Amman. The HR Operations Specialist will play a key role in managing HR operations within a consulting environment, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR policies. The role includes handling payroll calculations, supporting the contingent workforce model, and contributing to proposal preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate employee records, implementing HR processes, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting a professional and efficient HR function.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in HR Operations, Human Resources (HR), and HR Management
• Strong experience in proposal drafting and preparation
• Hands-on knowledge of contingent workforce models and their operational processes
• Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to execute accurate payroll calculations and handle related HR transactions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to join immediately and integrate quickly into a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR roles, particularly in the MENA region, is an advantage
