This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a B2B Growth Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring potential B2B clients, strategizing growth initiatives, and managing sales pipelines. The role also involves collaborating with teams to execute growth strategies, and analyzing data to identify trends.

- Strong skills in Sales and Growth Hacking to drive business development initiatives
- Proficient in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Project Management to oversee and implement growth projects
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the insurance or technology sectors is an advantage
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in digital or growth marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and interest in technical marketing.
- Comfortable with data and performance tracking.
