Key Technical Responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience in order reconciliation is a must, with the ability to manage full-cycle processes independently.
• Oversee end-to-end stock-lot movement and verify all incoming data against packing lists, system entries, and approved records.
• Conduct on-site physical factory audits to confirm actual piece counts and ensure alignment with Trendz and packing documentation.
• Extract, organize, and analyze reconciliation data—PO-wise and factory-wise—using Power BI for accurate reporting.
• Prepare final reconciliation summaries and integrate them into master reports for leadership review.
• Validate rejected and cut quantities in Trendz, ensuring thorough cross-checks before providing recut approvals.
• Issue debit notes for shortages in accordance with SOP guidelines, maintaining complete documentation and audit traceability.
• Lead central packing line planning and ensure operational workflows remain aligned with scheduled delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with all production units to track and resolve missing pieces, excess quantities, and data discrepancies until full closure.
• Develop factory audit schedules and ensure timely execution of all reconciliation-related activities.
