🔎 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Reconciliation to lead end‑to‑end reconciliation, stock movement validation, and operational coordination across factories. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and seamless workflow between multiple units.
🔐 Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage production line plans.
- Approve stock and quantity movement requests based on capacity.
- Coordinate urgent requirements without impacting main production plans.
- Update plans according to revised shipment and delivery schedules.
- Lead planning for central packing lines.
- Align packing operations with delivery deadlines.
- Address urgent quantity needs in collaboration with central packing teams.
- Manage complete stock lot movement across factories.
- Validate data against packing lists and reconciliation records.
- Plan and conduct physical factory audits to verify piece counts.
- Validate rejected and cut quantities via Trendz system.
- Approve recuts after cross‑checking system data.
- Issue debit notes for missing pieces as per SOP.
- Extract data from Power BI and organize PO‑wise / factory‑wise.
- Share reconciliation files with factories and consolidate final reports.
- Prepare summaries for master reconciliation charts.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support lean practices and additional leadership‑assigned tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Fashion Technology, or Textile Engineering.
- Experience: 8–10 years in reconciliation, operations analysis, or merchandising.
- Technical Skills: Power BI, Trendz, Picasso, audit processes, data validation.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, strong coordination, communication, time management.
- Languages: Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
