Classic Fashion Apparel Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HR and administrative functions across multiple factories. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee well-being while fostering a safe and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GM-Production, Factory Managers, and the Central People Department to deliver seamless HR services.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage wages, payroll, and attendance systems accurately and in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, ethical standards, and customer requirements.
- Drive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives for safe and secure workplaces.
- Supervise housekeeping, accommodation, and worker welfare facilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between workers, management, and external stakeholders.
- Lead employee engagement, talent development, and learning initiatives across the cluster.
- Coach, mentor, and train HR staff to build professionalism and capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 2–3 years in HR management within a manufacturing setup handling 3,000+ workforce.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, ILO standards, and global compliance statutes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites with a hands-on, proactive approach.
