About the Role
Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Operations team as an Assistant Manager. This role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across garment manufacturing operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations in garment production units.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Education: NIFT, Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years in garment manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
