About the Role
Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage inventory and ensure smooth store operations. This role is critical for maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting production needs, and ensuring timely dispatch of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, trims, and finished goods.
- Stock Monitoring: Regularly check stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
- Material Handling: Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Coordination: Work closely with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Documentation: Prepare and update stock reports, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
- Compliance: Follow company policies and safety standards in store operations.
- System Updates: Enter stock data into ERP or inventory management systems accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in store/inventory management (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
