Mission:
Promotes and applies global logistics management frameworks, standards, processes and tools in the region.
Monitors and analyses logistics performance indicators for the region.
Ensures logistics for the regional office (e.g. procurement & stock management, vehicle fleet, property fleet, availability of material resources, etc.).
Supports Tdh logistics at country level (e.g. procurement & stock management, vehicle fleet, property fleet, availability of material resources, etc.).
Encourages and coordinates exchanges between countries.
Checks that logistics procedures are properly applied in each country.

Logistics
Supports logistics for the region (e.g. supply & stock management, vehicle fleet, property fleet, availability of material resources, etc.).
Supports Tdh logistics at country office level (e.g. supply & stock management, vehicle fleet, property fleet, availability of material resources, etc.).
Positioning and Advocacy
Represents Tdh in regional logistics spaces and platforms.
Digital, data and ICT
Contributes support and expertise to the development of digital solutions.
Helps to ensure that the region is properly equipped for IT.
Contributes, in collaboration with head office, to ensuring data protection within the region.
Safety and security
In his/her area of responsibility and in collaboration with the regional safety and security advisor, contributes to the implementation and monitoring of the conditions required for good risk management (safety & security) - e.g. purchase of safety equipment, etc.
Regional office management
Is responsible for the logistical management of the Tdh regional office.
Provides strong support for setting up the regional office in the context of decentralization (review of roles and responsibilities, adaptation of processes, support for change management, etc.).

Experience / Skills :
University degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain
Proven experience in the following logistics areas:
Supply chain, asset management, fleet and equipment management.
Safety management. Project management.
Experience in coaching and managing teams
Mandatory written and spoken languages: English & Arabic
- Computer know-how
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
Advanced level in Excel
Advanced level in IT equipment installation and maintenance.
Objectives for the upcoming period should be completed on the Line Supervisor Evaluation Interview Form and in consultation with the functional manager.
Languages : Native Arabic and English speaker (spoken and written)
