Job Purpose
Managing direct sales by establishing connections and channels that will contribute positively to transactions along with word of mouth, being target driven, elevating company standards, achieving sales targets and meeting client’s expectations

Main Responsibilities
1 Achieve the assigned target in coordination with the sales manager
2 Visit customers, assess their needs and arrange for the required actions that cover their requests.
3 Collect agent’s documents and check validity with compliance team
4 Provide agents training
5 Expand current prospect database of agents
6 Follow up with current agents and solve their issues
7 Maintain good relations with current agents and prospects by performing periodic visits
8 Coordinate marketing material creation to be distributed to agents
9 Maintain Monthly targets
10 Follow up on all complaints and suggestions
11 Keep updated about competitors and suggest enhancements
12 Execute defined and communicate approved IT security processes
13 Report security events or potential events or other security breaches to the Information Security Officer
14 Execute decision making hierarchy efficiently and effectively
15 Commit and adhere to information security policies and procedures
16 Implementation of information security policies in general and of HR department in particular
17 Any task required by department head
Qualifications
1 1-3 Years’ experience
2 Bachelors in business or related field
3 Account Management skills
4 Experience in CRM Systems
