As a part of our growth strategy, we seek a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team to contribute to our content marketing initiatives.
The Role
Play a pivotal role in developing, compelling, and engaging content across various digital platforms; and be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, editing, and distributing content that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an effective content strategy that supports our client's goals and objectives.
2. Create original and engaging visual and multimedia content, including social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
3. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve future content creation efforts.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to gather information and ensure the content aligns with overall brand messaging and objectives.
5. Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of content.
6. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and grammar rules.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Social Media Specialist in a digital marketing company.
2. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
