Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including the development of marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and conducting market research. Responsibilities include brand management, identifying growth opportunities, overseeing content creation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring the performance of marketing efforts to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
- Manage the content calendar and oversee content creation across all platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to optimize results.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and ROI-driven spending.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve KPIs and department goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners when needed.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience managing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Experience in [industry—tech, retail, mobility, etc.] is a plus.
