Amman’s premium fashion development and production house is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Production & Client Relations Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role for someone who can manage production workflow and communicate professionally with fashion startups and clients.
What You Will Do:
Plan and manage daily production schedules
Coordinate between sampling, cutting, sewing, and QC
Communicate with clients & provide regular updates
Prepare quotations and manage approvals
Ensure premium quality and on-time delivery
Report directly to the General Manager
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years experience in garment production or operations
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Fluent in Arabic & English
