Job Purpose:
Support and sustain HRBP duties & responsibilities, align staff to business objectives, assets in recruiting the right talent, support employee development, coordinate orientation and onboarding processes, maintain staff relations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates through online portals and social platforms, to collect the most qualified applicants to be interviewed by line managers and HRBP.
- Creating unique employment journey by providing support from day one.
- Collect documents and information from new joiners within the assigned departments, prepare files and upload them in HRS also to share them with necessary parties.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to prepare joiners enquiries within the assigned departments and share the onboarding requirements.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties to support the smooth provision of HR services across Joramco which will support Joramco branding.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that all they are informed on exiting employees and necessary actions are taken in alignment with the policy
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – in both written and verbal procedures.
- In collaboration with performance specialist, he/ she will be preparing the recovery plan documentation, meeting and another action plan aligned with HRBP and line manager.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field
- Accredited certificate in HR, Professional Human Resources International (PHRI) or Certified HR Specialist (CHRS) preferred.
- Fresh graduate for entry-level, or 2 – 4 years of experience in the HR field.
- Knowledge of labor law, social security
- Knowledge and familiarity with HR best practices.
- Experience working with HR Information System.
- Detail oriented and conscientious.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken).
