Cluster Consulting is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Business Valuation team, in Amman.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, understand, and consolidate financial data (financial statements, budgets, management accounts, trail balances).
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Develop financial models and reports and financial projections and forecasts.
Organize data into accessible reports and spreadsheets and perform various types of analysis and sanity checks.
Conduct financial forecasting and projections through assumptions based on market trends, company performance, and business plans.
Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and key outcomes.
Develop full-scale financial reports, feasibility studies, and valuation conclusions and present them to target clients.
Conduct valuation for different business cases using various approaches and methodologies.
Participate in high-level strategic conversations with potential clients and partners regarding Corporate Financial Analysis, Planning, Financial Forecasting, and Valuation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related business fields.
Additional certificates are a plus. (FMVA, CMA, CFA, and others).
2+ Years of relevant experience (2-4 years) in financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning and forecasting, and valuation.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Proficient background in major accounting and finance concepts; M&A, Corporate Finance, IFRS, Analysis, and Valuation.
Strong numerical skillset.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Detail-oriented work mindset.
- Strong in Microsoft Office programs, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
