Job Summary
The Account Executive plays a key role in driving client relationship management, business development, and revenue growth across priority accounts. This position requires strong strategic thinking, excellent client-facing capabilities, and proven experience in managing large, complex accounts across multiple sectors.
Working closely with senior leadership, service line teams, and business development stakeholders, the Account Executive will contribute to the execution of account strategies, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and delivery of high-quality client experiences. This role involves significant interaction with clients, both to maintain strong relationships and to proactively identify new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sound commercial judgment, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Lead the execution of account management activities to support business growth objectives.
- Organize and facilitate regular account meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support the development of annual account plans, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and service line teams to drive cross-selling and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to strengthen engagement with key clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and activity records on CRM systems.
Business Development:
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s service offerings to position relevant solutions for clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through client insight, research, and proactive engagement.
- Support proposal and bid management efforts, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with client needs.
- Contribute to the preparation of value propositions, presentations, and client documentation.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and alliances to drive growth opportunities.
- Promote best practices in account management and client relationship development within the wider team.
Qualifications
Education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Work experience requirements:
- 7–9 years of progressive experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
- Strong account management and client-facing experience with a track record of driving business growth.
- Proven ability in account planning, pipeline management, and business development strategy.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and business reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
