Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized HR Officer to support and enhance the efficiency of our Human Resources operations. This role is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. The HR Officer will also contribute to improving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, MIS or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a HR operations role.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment law, and labor regulations.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRMS).
